LifeSource, Chicagoland’s Blood Center, is excited to announce
the
2007-08 “High School
Rewards Program”.
Please join us in our life-saving mission by hosting blood drives this upcoming
school year. To help
you organize a successful blood program we have improved our program to make it
easier for you to
increase your Rewards for successful blood drives.
It’s easy to qualify under the improved program; all you need to do is host a
minimum of two blood
drives per school year and collect at least 40 units at each drive. The
financial Rewards are as
follows:
| 40-60 units = $250 |
101-150 units = $1000 |
251+ units = $2500 |
| 61-80 units = $500 |
151-200 units = $1500 |

| 81-100 units = $750 |
201-250 units = $2000 |
|
This exciting program is solely based on your school’s productivity. Simply put,
you are in competition
with yourself - the more units you collect -
the bigger your Reward! All program
payouts will be made on
or before
June 30, 2008.
At LifeSource, we make hosting blood drives an easy, educational and a rewarding
experience for
everyone. We provide an exceptional staff devoted to customer service, on-line
appointment
scheduling, trained adult volunteers and blood donor appreciation gifts (at
every blood drive).
Please consider sponsoring blood drives with LifeSource. There is an opportunity
to collect an
additional $500 bonus when hosting a drive on one of our pre-selected dates.
