Celebrate National Blood Donor Month with LifeSource

…those don’t sound fun and you probably won’t stick to them. We want you to be happy and healthy in the new year, so we suggest this as a realistic New Year’s resolution: donate blood.

Donating blood is easy and it’s sure to be a resolution you can keep.

Every two seconds, someone needs blood. Around 38% of the national population is eligible to donate, but only 10% does.

As a blood donor, January – National Blood Donor Month – is the time to spread the word to your family and friends. Share your New Year’s Resolution and encourage others to make it theirs! We’ve made spreading the word about being a blood donor easy – display your donor pride on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter by sharing one of our shareable badges. Use one as profile picture or share on your wall.
