DonorPass Internet Explorer Error

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and are experiencing problems with Health History Questionnaire not coming up, please add our site to your IE11 browsers compatibility view list.

Does your screen look like this? If so click on the the ‘gear’ icon on the top right of the browser and follow the steps below.

Step 1
Clicking on the gear icon will drop down the settings menu. ¬†Please click on the “Compatibility View settings” option.

Step 2
Since you are on the centralbloodbank.org website, it will automatically be listed at the top to add to your current list.

Click Add and it will be added to your current compatibility list.  Once added please click close.

Once you hit close, the page will refresh and now show the start of the questionnaire.
