DonorPass -It's Fast, Simple and Saves Time!

Completing the health history questionnaire is an important part of the blood donation process that is required by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You can now use DonorPass to complete the health history questionaire before arriving at one of our donor centers or mobile blood drives.

Once completed, print your DonorPass, and bring it with you on the day of your donation. During the registration process, our staff will review your health history questions using your DonorPass.

Where can I use DonorPass?

Donor Pass is currently accepted at all community donor center locations. It is also accepted at most mobile blood drives.

You should have received an email indicating that your mobile blood drive will accept DonorPass. If you are unsure if your mobile drive is accepting DonorPass, please check with your group coordinator or chairperson before you begin.

Due to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements, DonorPass can only be accepted if completed on the same day as your donation (beginning at 12:01 am) and that all questions be answered every time you donate.
